Meissen
In 2012 Vladimir Collection in collaboration with Meissen Manufactory created a collection of 11 pieces for the Meissen museum.
Meissen is a famous 300-year-old German Porcelain Manufactory. Meissen is the oldest porcelain factory in Europe.
We designed four of the vases and made flowers for the Collection. Brilliant Meissen painters decorated the vases after our design.
Carolyne Roehm
In fall of 2012 Vladimir Collection together with our friend Carolyne Roehm created a show of about 30 pieces.
The exhibition took place in Carlton Hobbs gallery in New York and coincided with a book signing event by Carolyne Roehm.
Carolyne is a great connoisseur and the ultimate expert on flowers, author of dozens of beautiful books about flowers.
The book appropriately named Flowers was the sole inspiration and subject of our show. Carolyne played crucial role in preparation of the show. The show could not happen without her advise, design input and encouragement.
Even most of the photographs here are made by Carolyne.
